Payment	Credit Cards, bank wire transfer, etc.
Pick-up	Reserved tickets can be picked up at the box office with reservation confirmation number and valid identification.

Group Reservation(over 10 People)

Reservation	Phone reservation (02-2011-4323) > payment cleared (within 2 days) > confirmation SMS sent > Ticket pick-up at box office

3. Attentions

Reservation and ticket coupons are to be exchanged with the ticket prior to the screening.

Re-issuance of already issued tickets is not allowed.

Admission may be restricted according to the rate of the film

Films sold-out on-line may be available at the box office on the screening day

It is advised to enter to the theater 5 minutes before screening.

Cameras and recording devices are strictly prohibited during screening.

4. Cancellation and Refund

For issued tickets, the cancellation is only available at the box office

Tickets may be reserved or cancelled until half hours prior to the screening.

Group Ticketing: Cancellation on the screening day is not allowed.
The whole amount will be refunded except the bank transfer fee.

If the screening is cancelled or re-scheduled by the festival, 100% refund will be made to ticket holders until the end of
the festival.
